Return & Refund Policy

You can reject items while our delivery staff is at your doorstep. Other than that, items can be returned based on below policy:

  • Un-packaged Food
    • Not eligible for return or refund.

  • Packaged Food & Non-Food Items
    • Eligible for return and refund within 24 hours.

      Items should be in their original packages and not opened and should be in the original state and not consumed, for example; if delivered frozen then it should not be melted.

  • Flowers & Plants
    • Not eligible for return or refund.


    Note:

    Receipt for bought items should be present and valid, other wise our policy won't be applied.
    To return an item, please call us and we will come to your place and receive the returned items.
